What Does the following Urine Test Result Mean?

hi..im 28 yrs old ..the result of my urinalysis: Color Yellow, Glucose negative, Epithelial MODERATE, Mucous Threads MANY, Bacteria FEW, Amorphous Urates FEW, HAZY, Gravity 1.030, Protein NEgative, Red Blood cells 1-2/HPF, Pus Cell 7-10/HPF, Calcium Oxalate MANY... what does it mean? thank you

Hello dear
Understand your concern.
Please compare your urine report with normal urine anaalysis:

Color – Yellow (light/pale to dark/deep amber)
Clarity/turbidity – Clear or cloudy
pH – 4.5-8
Specific gravity – 1.005-1.025
Glucose - ≤130 mg/d
Ketones – None
Nitrites – Negative
Leukocyte esterase – Negative
Bilirubin – Negative
Urobilirubin – Small amount (0.5-1 mg/dL)
Blood - ≤3 RBCs
Protein - ≤150 mg/d
RBCs - ≤2 RBCs/hpf
WBCs - ≤2-5 WBCs/hpf
Squamous epithelial cells - ≤15-20 squamous epithelial cells/hpf
Casts – 0-5 hyaline casts/lpf
Crystals – Occasionally
Bacteria.pus cell – None________but you have more pus cell
Yeast - None

So it is mild urinary tract infection
Calcium oxalate is also many suggests risk of kidney stone formation is high.
So repeat the test for calcium oxalate monitoring
Advice for you:
Drink plenty of water: minimum eight water glass per day
Do not delay in empty the bladder.
Eat fruits like: orange, papaya, pineapple, cranberry
Avoid high protein intake
Tablet septran
Avoid high calcium and sodium supplements and high sugar
